Founded by Thomas Burberry in 1856 with a store in Basingstoke, Burberry has been a long, successful and still growing company. In 1924 Burberry lined the interior of a trench coat in checked fabric, which is now recognised globally as the Burberry Check. They launched their debut fragrance in 2000 entitled Burberry Touch. Today they have an extensive range of fragrances for men and women.
