Payment and Delivery

We accept payment by PayPal, Credit, or Debit Cards & Postal Orders

Sorry, we do not accept payment by personal or business cheques.

PLEASE NOTE: Items paid for by 3pm (GMT) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

By PayPal:

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to 14 days while the payment clears through the PayPal system (please check with PayPal for the expected clearing date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will then be dispatched to you within 1 working day.


By Credit or Debit Card:

We can accept payment with your Credit or Debit Card. The card holder must be the person making the payment and items will only be sent to the card holder at their billing address.

All payments are processed through a secure and dedicated terminal. Please contact us via eBay after your purchase to make payment with your Credit or Debit Card.

Delivery:

All items are in stock and dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Should you require, recorded or special delivery options please contact us before making payment and we will advise you of the cost.

UK Delivery – 1st Class Royal Mail – Usually 1 – 3 working days (not guaranteed)

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms that the item is lost. This will be 7 business days from dispatch. Please contact our customer service team, by email or free phone, if your item is lost after 7 business days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail – Usually 2 – 5 working days (not guaranteed)

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms that the item is lost. This will be 14 business days from dispatch. Please contact our customer service team, by email or free phone, if your item is lost after 14 business days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

USA, Canada & the rest of the world – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail – Usually 3-10 working days (not guaranteed)

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms that the item is lost. This will be 30 business days from dispatch. Please contact our customer service team, by email or free phone, if your item is lost after 30 business days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

P&P Explained:

Our P&P charges include delivery charges, packaging and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. We do try to keep these to a minimum and they are a cost which is displayed to buyers before purchase.
