Buying Goods
When you buy our goods and services on the internet, you are entering a legally binding contract with Beauty Stop. Please make sure you read the full item description and are happy with these terms and conditions before making a purchase. At Beauty Stop we offer a no quibble money back guarantee. This gives you 14 days in which to change your mind about your purchase and return it unopened, undamaged with all security stickers intact. If you do this you will receive a full refund of the product price plus initial delivery cost.All we ask is that you email notify us either by telephone or email, so we can expect your item in the post. (We recommend that you return items to us using a recorded delivery service so that you can track your return, as we cannot refund items that are not delivered back to us)
Once we receive your returned item your purchase price plus initial delivery cost will be refunded to you within 48 hours.
5% Loyalty Scheme
The Beauty Stop Loyalty Scheme is a simple, no fuss way of us saying 'thank you' for your custom and rewarding you for your business with us.
Earn loyalty points with every Beauty Stop purchase. Every quarter we will send you a voucher by email that is worth 5% of your overall purchases the previous quarter.

Conditions
- Each quarterly voucher is valid for six months from date of receipt and must be redeemed during this period. Any vouchers presented after this date will be invalid and will not work.
- Customers must be aged 14 and over to register for the 5% Loyalty Scheme.
- The voucher scheme runs from January to January. This means that quarters run 01 January to 31 March, 01 April to 30 June, 01 July to 30 September and 01 October to 31 December.
- Purchases made before registration onto the 5% loyalty Scheme will not be taken into account.
- Your voucher is printed with a unique code. This is valid for use once only.
- Only voucher codes issued by Beauty Stop or Beautystop.co.uk may be used in this scheme.
- Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
- Loyalty Vouchers can only be redeemed directly at BeautyStop.co.uk or our Ebay Shop at Beautystop and not via third party sites; including cashback sites.

Please check every item that you receive from us, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your goods. We are more than happy to exchange any faulty items that you may unfortunately receive within a time period of 7 days of receiving the goods. Items should be sent back in the same condition you receive them with all protective seals intact and no adjustments made. (We also recommend sending your items back by registered post so you can track your return). If goods are faulty we are more than happy to refund your postage for returning your faulty item to us. Please note that this only applies in the case of faulty goods, where they are being replaced by non faulty items and does not apply to our ‘no quibble money back guarantee.’Payment fraud
Credit card and other payment fraud are serious crime! We will forward any evidence we have on fraudulent payments to relevant law enforcement organisations. Our staff are well trained to identify fraudulent payments, so don't waste your time. We recommend new user’s to verify their PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.Privacy Policy
